Mirasol Tenant Membership Privileges 2011

Mirasol proudly offers two Championship 18-hole golf courses: Sunset designed by Arthur Hills and Sunrise designed by Tom Fazio. Tenants in Mirasol will enjoy the membership privileges associated with the equity member’s privileges, or as listed below. Applicants must submit a $250 plus tax non-refundable application fee to the Club, and once approved pay a $500 plus tax transfer fee for club privileges.

Golf Tenants

Unlimited use of golf, tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining and social activities at the ClubUnlimited driving range and short game practice areas with unlimited range balls 5 day advanced sign-up for tee times, not eligible for the Foretees lottery system7-day advanced sign-up for tennis court times No court fees for the use of the tennis facilities No greens fees for each round of golf, required to pay cart fees May not operate a private golf cart, must rent a Club cart for each round of golfNot eligible to participate in Club Championship tournaments
Sports Tenants

Unlimited use of tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining and social activities at the ClubLimited use of the golf facilities in season and extended use in the off seasonGolf lockers are not available for use however bag storage is available7 day advanced sign-up for tennis court times No court fees for use of the tennis facilitiesNot eligible to participate in Club Championship tournaments
Golf Privileges November 1 through April 30
Up to 12 rounds of golf per membership, reserved 5 day in advanceRequired to payment of greens and cart feesPractice facilities are available immediately prior to a reserved tee time or after 12 p.m.Participation in golf tournaments is not availableAccompanied guests do not count against the 12 rounds
Golf Privileges May 1 through October 31

Social Tenants

Unlimited use of the pool, dining and special activities, and activities events at the ClubSocial Members are not entitled to use golf, tennis, or fitness facilities of the Club except as a guest to a Golf or Sport member and are subject to all guest guidelines and fees.
