Mirasol Fact Sheet

“Mirasol” which means “look to the sun” was the name Addison Mizner chose to call his first estate residence on the sun-drenched island of Palm Beach. Like Mizner’s vision of Spanish and Greek architecture, Mirasol will feature an abundance of Mediterranean-style and old Palm Beach designs.

The Country Club of Mirasol will consist of approximately 1,170 homes ranging in price from the $800’s to over $4,000,000. Home sites offer water, golf course and beautiful preserve views.

Golf Course – 36 holes of championship golf: The Sunset course-18 holes designed by Arthur Hills; The Sunrise course-18 holes designed by Tom Fazio.  Mirasol also features world-class practice facilities.

Grand Clubhouse- A soaring 50,000 square foot facility which includes formal and casual dining, intimate lounges, meeting rooms, men's and women's locker roomswith attendants, cards rooms and, and a member library.

Esplanade Sports and Fitness Center- 17,000 square feet featuring State-of-the-art fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam and massage rooms, full size pool with lap lanes and spa, 15 clay tennis courts and a tennis pro shop.

The 15 “Must-Knows” about Mirasol

1. Mirasol has a No Cash Gratuity policy. Members are responsible to inform their guests and family of the policy.
2. Home owners need to register with security for community access.
3. Only Mirasol residents may use gate transponders/cards.
4. Only golf members may own and operate a private cart on Mirasol property.
5. Mirasol has a no-tolerance policy on solicitations involving the club roster and directory.
6. Please turn your cell phone on silent when entering a Club building and while on the courses.
7. All guests must be accompanied by a member unless they have a house guest pass.
8. Lang Management is located on-site by the Bag Drop area.
9. Members are required to charge to their membership account.
10. Monthly statements are mailed the 1st of every month.
11. Annual dues are billed Nov. 1st and due by Dec. 31st.
12. Members are responsible to submit mailing address changes in writing to the Membership Office.
13. Parking in cul-de-sacs and overnight on streets is prohibited in Mirasol.
14. Visit the Palm Room for computer & printing needs.
15. A comment card box is located on the bottom floor of the clubhouse by the elevator for all comments and praises.
