Equity Membership Categories & Privileges 2010

Golf Membership

Annual Golf Equity Dues $14,995 plus tax

Unlimited use of golf, tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining and social activities at the club14 day lottery for golf tee times and 7 day sign up for tennis court times Exceptional driving range and short game practice areas with unlimited range balls The Sunset course by Arthur Hills and the Sunrise course by Tom Fazio No court or greens fees for the use of the golf or tennis facilities but are required to pay golf cart fees or annual trail fees. Only category available to purchase a private golf cart, according to the community and club by-laws
Sports Membership

Annual Sports Equity Dues $8,995 plus tax

Unlimited use of tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining and social activities at the club7 day sign up for tennis court times No court fees for use of the tennis facilitiesLimited use of the golf facilities in season and extended use of the golf facilities in the off season
*During the season:
Up to 12 rounds of golf per membership, reserved 1 day in advance, upon payment of guest feesPractice facilities are available only immediately prior to a reserved tee timeParticipation in golf tournaments is not allowed
*During the off season:
Unlimited rounds of golf upon payment of cart fees only, reserved 7 days in advanceUnlimited use of the golf practice facilities
Social Membership

Annual Social Equity Dues $3,750 plus tax

Unlimited use of the pool, dining and special activities and events at the club
Social Members are not entitled to use golf, tennis, or fitness facilities of the Club except as a guest to a Golf or Sport member and subject to all guest guidelines and fees.

Social memberships are only available to purchasers of a home that currently has a social membership only.
Fitness upgrades are not transferable.
