Mirasol Equity Membership Privileges 2011

Mirasol’s equity memberships are family memberships which include a home owner’s spouse or significant other and dependents 23 years of age and younger. Golf and Sports members will enjoy exceptional driving range and short game practice areas and two 18-hole championship courses: the Sunset Course designed by Arthur Hills and the Sunrise Course designed by Tom Fazio. Below outlines the specific benefits of each category.

Golf Equity Membership
Equity $130,000 Annual Dues $15,295 plus tax

Unlimited use of golf, tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining and social activities including a state of the art fitness room, 15 clay tennis courts, a tranquil spa, and chemical-free salt poolUnlimited driving range and short game practice areas with unlimited range balls 14 day lottery for golf tee times, and 7 day sign up for tennis court times No greens fees or court fees Payment of golf cart fees or annual trail fees is requiredOnly category available to own and operate a private golf cartDependents must be 18 years of age to participate in tournaments and 21 years of age to participate in the Member Guest
Sports Equity Membership
Equity $90,000 Annual Dues $9,175 plus tax
